My Professional Background
Specializing in residential real estate since 2004, Mrs. Laffite is the proud recipient of several awards in recognition of her high achievements in real estate sales including the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award, Platinum Club awards & 100% Club awards. She attributes her success to providing extraordinary service to her clients. A graduate of UCLA, where she earned a degree in Economics, she possesses the knowledge necessary to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. For 20 years, she has been assisting her clients in Southern California in areas that include: Palmdale, Lancaster, Rosamond, Santa Clarita, San Fernando Valley, West Valley, Big Bear and even as far north as Fresno. Her extensive knowledge and experience with renovation projects; her partnership with relocation services, as well as her connections to the law enforcement and military communities are but a few reasons why her success in real estate has been a constant since 2004.
Personal Life
Ms. Laffite first moved to the Los Angeles area at the age of 3 when her family immigrated to the U.S. from El Salvador. While attending college, she worked in various different industries, including entertainment, criminal legal defense, insurance defense and marketing to name a few. She met her future husband at UCLA and in 2005 bought their first home in the Antelope Valley. Since then, they have bought and sold several properties, and in 2017 built their first custom home. In her free time, Carol enjoys travelling with her husband and three kids, hiking in Santa Barbara and Ventura areas, camping at the beach, running 5k/10k races and attending concerts all over the LA Area. At home, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets: her three dogs, Wino, Bosco and Nellie as well as her chickens, Kung-Pao, Teriyaki and KFC.
